What is enclosed automobile transporation?
Enclosed automobile transporation moves your vehicle in an completely enclosed carrier. This method of transport protects your vehicle from damaging elements including rain, ice, snow, and road debris. Additionally, an enclosed carrier offers greater protection from theft.
What does door-to-door transport mean?
Door-to-door transport means that we deliver your vehicle as close to your destination is safely and legally allowed. If traffic regulations or safety and space considerations prevent us from delivering the vehicle at your door we will make arrangments to meet you at a nearby destination
How far in advance should I schedule my auto transport?
Schedule as far in advance are you can to ensure on time delivery. TINAS can provide expedited delivery if required.
What if my car does not run?
TINAS transports non-operational vehicles. All vehicles must, however, be able to roll, brake and steer to enable safe loading and unloading.
Does my car need to be insured to ship with TINAS?

How much does it cost to ship a car with TINAS?
Contact TINAS through our on line quote request or call us at 260-249-7747 for pricing. Factors that affect pricing include distance hauled and the size and weight of the automobile.
What forms of payment are accepted for transporting my vehicle?
Cash, cashier check, money order, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. We do not accept personal or business checks. Payment arrangements must be made prior to pick up.
Do I need to be present for pick up and delivery?
Yes. Either you or a designated agent must be available for pick up and delivery of your vehicle. Your signature (or a designee) is required on paperwork at both ends of the tranport.
Can I leave my personal belongings in my car during transport?
No. Personal belongings are prohibited from being transported on a truck licensed to transport vehicles. You must remove all items prior to transport. TINAS is not responsible for any items overlooked and left in the vehicle.,
What do I need to do about the vehicles alarm system before shipping?
Alarm systems must be disable for shipping. Inform TINAS if your vehicle is equipped with an alarm system and either disarm it or provide us with instructions for disabling.
How much gas should I leave in my vehicle before shipping?
Please have at least 1/4 tank of gas in your car to allow loading and unloading.
Do I need to check tire pressure before shipping?
Yes. Tires must be inflated to recommended levels to ensure safe loading and unloading.
Do I need to check anti-freeze levels before shipping?
Yes. If shipping to or from a cold climate, be sure your anti-freeze level is adequate.
